The Totally Bamboo Poly-Boo 2 Reversible Bamboo and Poly Cutting Board combines the benefits of two cutting board surfaces in one convenient board! The poly side is non-porous and perfect for cutting meat, fish and poultry. The bamboo side is gentle on knives and ideal for slicing cheese, chopping vegetables, cutting fruit or as a dough board. Each side of the Poly-Boo feature fun illustrated call outs of the best use of that material. The bamboo side is made of organically-grown Moso bamboo. The Poly-Boo board measures a generous 15 inches by 12 inches, plenty of space for a variety of kitchen prep needs. The built-in handle makes it easy to transport the board or to hang it for storage when not in use. When it’s time for cleanup, the board quickly wipes clean; it should not be soaked or washed in the dishwasher.
