Mrs. Anderson’s apple corer cuts 8 uniform slices from apples and pears and separates sliced pieces from the core in a single motion. It’s a helpful kitchen gadget and baking tool to quickly core all types of apples, from pink lady apples to granny smith, fuji, and honey crisp, as well as pears. Simply center the cutter blades over the top of the apple or pear and press downward firmly until they reach the bottom, then remove the fruit wedges.
