Cubes are a convenient feed option and can contribute to the overall digestive health of your animal. Soaking alfalfa cubes before feeding can increase hydration and allow horses with dental issues to get the nutrition they need to maintain a healthy weight. This mix combines two of the most popular forages at a 60/40 ratio to create a blend that is moderate to low in protein and sugar.
